What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

  • Helping deliver creative, engaging lessons

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning

  • Building positive routines and strong relationships

  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to make each day count

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children in an education or care setting

  • A calm, positive approach—even when things get lively!

  • Real passion for helping children learn and grow

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with SEND or behaviour support

  • Are Thrive trained (or open to completing our free training)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
