Position Overview:
I am currently recruiting for a part-time teaching assistant at a school based in NG6. This is a part-time position, but supply work could be available on the Friday if you were keen to work on a full-time basis, but this is not neccessary. If you are happy for Monday-Thursday then this would work well.
As a Supply Teaching Assistant (on the Fridays), you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of classroom settings, from within primary and special needs education, and assist in delivering high-quality education to students. Your role will involve:
- Supporting classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need extra help.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support.
- Adapting to the unique needs of different classrooms and subjects.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education (desired but not mandatory).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
