About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join schools in Croydon. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, provide one-to-one and small group interventions, and help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one settings

Assist teachers with classroom preparation and organisation

Provide additional support to pupils with SEN where required

Encourage pupil participation, progress, and confidence
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable)

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Right to Work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Good communication and teamwork skills
