About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Merton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about education and keen to support young learners in achieving their potential.
Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.

Provide support to children with additional learning needs.

Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

Assist with behaviour management and encourage active participation.
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable).

A patient, caring, and supportive attitude.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Right to work in the UK.

DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
