About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join schools in Merton. The successful candidate will support pupils across the classroom, assist teachers with learning activities, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils

  • Assist with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

  • Support pupils with additional needs (SEN) when required

  • Encourage and motivate pupils to achieve their potential

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)

  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
