About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a Croydon-based school. The role involves working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality classroom support, providing one-to-one and group assistance, and helping pupils achieve their learning goals.
Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in creating an engaging learning environment

Assist with individual and small group activities
-
Provide support to pupils with additional needs (including SEN)

Help maintain a safe and positive classroom atmosphere

Encourage and motivate pupils in their learning journey
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children (school setting preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Safeguarding certificate (preferred)

Passion for working with children and supporting their education
