What you’ll be doing:

Supporting individual pupils or small groups (SEND and mainstream)

Helping with class routines, transitions, and learning activities

Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to create calm, structured environments

Bringing your unique magic to every school day
What we’re after:

Experience supporting children (in school, care, youth work or similar)

A patient, proactive approach and a love for helping others

Great communication skills—and the ability to build trust quickly
