We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Leeds. You’ll be supporting young people who need that little bit of extra guidance to thrive—whether that’s in 1:1 sessions, small groups, or lending a steady hand in class.
What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with pupils who have additional needs, giving them the consistency and encouragement they deserve

Supporting teachers with inclusive, engaging classroom practice

Adapting strategies to help each pupil feel confident and capable

Building strong relationships that boost trust and independence

Being that calm, positive presence students and staff can rely on
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting young people with SEN (essential)

Knowledge of autism, ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs
-
A patient, proactive approach to behaviour and learning
-
Flexibility and a team-first mindset
-
Strong communication skills—you’ll be a bridge between pupils, staff, and families
