Protocol Education is looking for committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive schools in the Bromley area. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom and develop your career in education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Support pupils’ social and emotional development

  • Help adapt materials and activities to suit different learning needs


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or similar settings)

  • A proactive, patient, and supportive approach

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
