About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join supportive and inclusive schools in the Lambeth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils across various key stages in group or 1:1 settings

  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and classroom management

  • Encourage student engagement and positive learning behaviour

  • Help adapt learning materials to meet diverse needs

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (in school or similar settings)

  • A patient, flexible, and proactive attitude

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday during term time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
