Full-Time: Teaching Assistant – Starting September

Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) 8:30-16:00

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community and support a Year 1 class starting from September.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
- Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and displays
- Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils’ emotional and social development throughout the school day
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience working in a primary school setting (ideally KS1)
- Holds a relevant TA qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
- Is passionate about education and child development
- Has a positive attitude, patience, and a team-focused approach
- Is confident supporting children with a range of needs and abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
