We’re working with a lovely primary school in Wolverhampton that’s on the lookout for a passionate, proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their brilliant team. What you’ll be doing:
Supporting learning in class and confidently leading small group or whole-class sessions
Setting high expectations that stretch and inspire pupils
Being that steady, supportive presence kids (and teachers!) rely on
Working closely with colleagues to create a happy, inclusive learning environment
Helping turn classrooms into exciting spaces where everyone can thrive

What you’ll need to bring:
✅ HLTA status or a Level 3 TA qualification
✅ Previous experience in a primary school setting
✅ Confidence in leading lessons and managing behaviour positively
✅ Great communication, collaboration, and a calm, can-do approach
✅ A good grasp of child development and inclusive practice

Bonus points if you have:
✨ Additional training or qualifications, especially around SEND
✨ A passion for making learning engaging, creative, and fun
