What You’ll Be Doing
As a vital member of the teaching team, you will:

Deliver high-quality classroom support and confidently lead small group or whole-class sessions

Set clear, high expectations that inspire academic and personal development

Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Work collaboratively to uphold the school’s inclusive and team-first environment

Help create an engaging, motivating classroom space where all children can thrive
What You’ll Need
Essential:
-
HLTA qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary setting
-
Confidence in leading lessons and managing classroom routines
-
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
-
Good understanding of inclusive practice and child development
Desirable:

Additional training in education or SEND (special educational needs)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
