Protocol Education is proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant one-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton, currently seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital member of the teaching team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality classroom support and confidently lead small group or whole-class sessions

  • Set clear, high expectations that inspire academic and personal development

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Work collaboratively to uphold the school’s inclusive and team-first environment

  • Help create an engaging, motivating classroom space where all children can thrive

What You’ll Need

Essential:

  • HLTA qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary setting

  • Confidence in leading lessons and managing classroom routines

  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

  • Good understanding of inclusive practice and child development

Desirable:

  • Additional training in education or SEND (special educational needs)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
