Salary: £88–£110 per day (PAYE)

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in BD5 that’s on the lookout for a brilliant Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. Whether you’ve got bags of experience or you’re just starting out, if you’ve got patience, energy, and a knack for supporting young learners—we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, in and out of class

Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team

Being that calm, reassuring presence that pupils trust (and staff rely on!)
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children (school-based or not—we see your transferable skills!)

A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach
-
Someone who’s happy mucking in and making the day run smoothly

An understanding of SEND or a willingness to learn
Nice to have (but not essential):
