We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting children to thrive both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with teachers and staff to make sure pupils can engage with learning, feel confident in their abilities, and enjoy school life to the fullest.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young people and wants to make a genuine difference every single day. Whether you’re helping with group activities, giving one-to-one support, or preparing resources for lessons, your role will be central to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About you
You’ll bring:

A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed

An understanding of classroom roles and how TAs support learning and development

Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Good organisational skills to help prepare, adapt, and deliver learning activities

A commitment to professional development, with a willingness to take on relevant training (such as NVQ Level 2/3 or First Aid)
Experience working in schools or with children is an advantage, but more important is your enthusiasm, patience, and commitment to supporting every learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
