What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting children in lessons and small group activities

  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a positive learning environment

  • Helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn

  • Bringing patience, kindness, and a steady hand to busy classroom moments


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children (school-based or youth work)

  • A calm, positive approach and strong communication skills

  • Passion for helping every child achieve their best

  • SEND experience (autism, ADHD, SEMH) is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
