Protocol Education are seeking graduates in Early Childhood Studies to work as TAs in our local Primary Schools. There are a number of roles available in friendly, child- centred Primary Schools in our region.
This is an opportunity to gain experience in school which can then lead to a career as a teacher, educational psychologist, speech and language therapist amongst others.
We need people who have a sound understanding of child development and children's Educational, Personal and Emotional needs. You must be enthusiastic and empathetic and you must be available to work full time, with a right to work in the UK.
The Role:
Help to plan, deliver and evaluate exciting lessons and intervention work for young children.
Use excellent communication skills to share successes and concerns about the children with the class teacher and where required, the parents.
Support 1:1 and groups in the classroom and in other areas such as outside or in assemblies.
Be prepared to "go the extra mile" for the children in your care.
Assist with assessments and interventions.
