We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive primary school in Surrey. You’ll be supporting a child 1:1 with additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and included every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with special educational needs
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning
- Creating a calm, structured environment that helps the pupil thrive
- Encouraging progress in both learning and emotional development
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, or similar)
- A calm, caring approach and great communication skills
- DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply)
- Willingness to complete our free Level 2 Safeguarding and Thrive training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
