About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and supporting young people in reaching their full potential.
Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons.

Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.

Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Provide additional support for pupils with additional learning needs.

Help with behaviour management and encourage positive participation.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).

A positive, patient, and resilient attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Right to work in the UK.

DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
