Ready to make a real difference each day? We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a local college – someone with heart, skill, and a good grip on GCSE Maths and English (plus a Manual Handling qualification under their belt!).
You’ll be:

Supporting learners with additional needs who need that extra bit of encouragement to thrive in English and Maths

Creating a warm, inclusive space where every student feels seen and supported

Using your manual handling training confidently to provide safe and effective care

Helping young people build their confidence, one small win at a time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
