Year 3 Teaching Assistant

A friendly and welcoming primary school in Camden is looking for a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils as they develop greater independence and build the key skills they’ll need throughout Key Stage 2.
The Role:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, accessible lessons

Working with small groups and 1:1 to boost learning in literacy and numeracy

Helping children stay focused, motivated, and confident
-
Providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs

Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment
We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children in KS2 (ideally Year 3)

A patient, proactive, and encouraging approach

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
