Teaching Assistant – Primary Support Across KS1 & KS2

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 in class, small groups, and 1:1.
  • Delivering interventions in reading, writing, and numeracy.
  • Helping build confidence, independence, and engagement.
  • Supporting children with additional needs under the guidance of the Teacher and SENCO.
  • Playing a key part in creating a calm, encouraging learning environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children in any setting
  • A flexible, confident approach to working across year groups
  • Good communication and a team spirit
  • SEN experience is a bonus—especially autism, speech and language, or SEMH
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping children succeed
