What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils in lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis

  • Assisting the teacher in creating a safe, inclusive learning environment

  • Encouraging children to build confidence and independence in their learning

  • Offering additional support for pupils with SEND when required
