About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary or secondary school in Bromley on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and well-being in the classroom.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students thrive – academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll be working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to deliver engaging and inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support for pupils across various year groups

Assist in planning and delivering activities tailored to individual learning needs

Support students with additional needs, including SEN, EAL or SEMH

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
