About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary or secondary school in Bromley on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and well-being in the classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students thrive – academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll be working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to deliver engaging and inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class support for pupils across various year groups

  • Assist in planning and delivering activities tailored to individual learning needs

  • Support students with additional needs, including SEN, EAL or SEMH

  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
