Protocol Education is looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools in Sutton for the upcoming academic year. Role Overview:

Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities

Working with students 1:1 or in small groups

Assisting in the preparation of resources and learning materials

Encouraging student engagement and maintaining positive behaviour

Helping create an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere
Requirements:

A positive, can-do attitude

Strong communication skills

A genuine passion for working with children

Previous experience (in schools or childcare) is a bonus but not essential

Willingness to learn and take part in school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
