September 2024

We are in the process of expanding our exceptional team and are seeking candidates with high expectations of student effort and conduct, coupled with kindness and warmth. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a robust science department, collaboratively shaping science provision, embedding the school vision, and contributing to the development of an outstanding institution that empowers students to take responsibility for their own destinies.

We encourage applications from both NQTs and experienced candidates, as teaching experience is not a determining factor. You will:

Demonstrate unwavering determination to deliver excellence for students, regardless of their starting points.

Effectively manage behaviour to create a positive, calm, and purposeful learning environment.

Possess the drive, skills, and resilient character required to contribute to the development of a new school.

Combine subject matter expertise with a passion for teaching your subject.

Be reflective about the Academy and committed to securing its continued development.
