Supply Teachers – Epping Forest
Like Batman, but for classrooms. Minus the cape. Unless you want to wear one – we don’t judge.

Are you a qualified teacher with a gift for winging it... professionally? Do you have the magical power to walk into a classroom and instantly become the most loved (or at least mildly respected) adult in the room? Good news: we’re looking for Supply Teachers across Epping Forest, and you might just be our next classroom hero.

Whether you’re a seasoned educator, freshly qualified, or making a glorious comeback from the land of spreadsheets and school runs – we’ve got flexible, fulfilling work waiting for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Apart From Winning Hearts):

  • Covering lessons like a pro (yep, we give you plans – we’re nice like that)

  • Keeping kids engaged, learning, and not taping each other to chairs

  • Rocking up to different schools and owning the classroom like you built it

  • Dishing out wisdom, structure, and the occasional motivational speech

  • Smiling politely when someone says, “So... you’re just a supply teacher?”

Who You Are (Besides a Legend in the Making):

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) who’s cool under pressure

  • A flexible, no-fuss human who can adapt quicker than a Year 6 group changing their minds

  • A classroom charmer with solid behaviour management and even better banter

  • DBS-checked and ready to roll (or willing to sort that quickly)

What You Get (Besides Eternal Gratitude):

  • Flexibility: Work when and where you want – your calendar, your rules

  • Variety: Different schools, different kids, same buzz

  • Pay: Competitive daily rates that actually make supply worth it

  • Support: A down-to-earth consultant who speaks fluent teacher

  • Purpose: Real impact, without the planning stress and endless marking
