This teacher will have outstanding experience in leading by example, inspiring their pupils, and supporting the growth of their students. Requirements of this role are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- References of a of minimum 2 places of employment that showcase experience in education.
- Current enhanced DBS.
- Full UK driver’s license, or reliable commute methods.
Responsibilities of this role are:
- Managing the pupil’s behaviour in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school-wide activities when required.
- Create a positive and encouraging classroom environment that allows for the pupil’s development.
- Report any safeguarding concerns using the school’s referral procedures and policies.
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- Patient and understanding towards the pupils.
- Engaging and encouraging to motivate the pupil’s development.
- Good understanding of KS1 and KS2.
- Good understanding of SEND/SEMH.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
