Students and Graduates - Become an Educator (TA, LSA, Supply)

Protocol Education is working alongside secondary schools in South Bristol and North Somerset to appoint recent graduates or current university students into education-based roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to build well-regarded transferable skills, improve your confidence and professionalism, and network in schools to springboard into a future career in education. You’ll get the freedom to choose your days, the chance to build connections with different schools, and competitive pay every week. If you have a desire to work in the education sector or become a teacher, this role is ideal. You’ll gain confidence, learn on the job, and build positive relationships with schools across Bristol. Relevant experience working with children or young people is desired, but not essential, as training will be delivered on the job.
