Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant – Inspire Through Sport!

Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £89.38 – £118 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (5 days a week)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students with 1:1 or small group learning

  • Using your sporting background to engage students in creative and physical activities

  • Helping children build confidence, social skills, and resilience

  • Encouraging progress in both learning and personal development

  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, positive environment


What we’re looking for:

  • A Sports Graduate (or someone with strong sporting experience)

  • A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs

  • Passion, resilience, and a positive attitude

  • Flexibility, honesty, and a strong work ethic

  • Experience with SEN (professional or personal) is desirable but not essential
