Location: Bristol
Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour
Start Date: September

We’re looking for LSAs who want to support speech and language development across EYFS, primary, and SEND settings. You’ll be working with pupils who may use visuals, symbols, or simplified speech to connect with others.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Using speech and language tools (PECS, Makaton, visual timetables)

  • Reinforcing key communication targets with repetition and patience

  • Supporting pupils to engage with peers and participate in lessons

  • Collaborating with speech therapists and classroom staff

Ideal for:

  • LSAs with some SALT or SEND experience

  • Early years practitioners, youth workers, or aspiring therapists

  • Calm, adaptable people who enjoy helping others shine
