Role: Secondary Spanish Teacher
Salary: Pay to scale
Contract: Full-time | Permanent / Long-term
Key Stage: KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

The Role:

As a Spanish Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across Key Stage 3 & 4

  • Encourage a love for languages and foster cultural awareness

  • Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential

  • Assess and track student progress, planning effective interventions

  • Collaborate with a supportive MFL department and wider school team

  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and trips (¡Hola Barcelona! ✈️)


What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Specialism in Spanish (French or other languages a bonus!)

  • Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills

  • A passion for modern languages and education

  • Excellent communication and teamworking abilities

  • Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
