You’ll:
Support one child in Year 3 to access learning, routines, and friendships
Adapt activities to meet their needs with patience and care
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress
Help create a safe, encouraging environment where the pupil can thrive
What you’ll need:
Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally with SEND (autism, ADHD, speech and language)
A calm, positive, flexible approach
