We’re looking for a kind-hearted, can-do Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming Catholic primary school, supporting lovely little learners in Key Stage 1—some of whom have special educational needs and may need a bit of extra help with personal care.

The Role:
You’ll be supporting pupils in KS1—helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom. Day to day, you’ll be:

Working with children with SEND, creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and ready to learn

Lending a hand with personal care tasks when needed, always with dignity and kindness

Collaborating with class teachers and support staff to keep the learning journey on track

Encouraging pupils to live out the school’s Gospel values—things like generosity, kindness, and curiosity—through your actions and interactions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
