We’re working with a fantastic SEND school in Leeds that’s on the lookout for a compassionate, experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil 1:1.

They’re after someone exactly like you—steady, warm, and great at building trust.

What your day might look like:

  • 1:1 classroom support and sensory guidance

  • Helping the pupil stay on track and access learning

  • Working closely with the SENCO, therapists, and teachers

  • Creating a calm, structured learning space that feels safe and consistent

You should have:

  • Experience supporting children with autism or complex needs

  • A positive, patient attitude (bonus points if you’ve mastered the art of silent encouragement)

  • Great communication and teamwork skills
