This is your chance to support pupils with additional needs—ranging from autism and ADHD to SEMH and learning difficulties—in settings that genuinely care about getting it right for every learner.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND

Helping pupils access the curriculum and build confidence

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and outside professionals

Creating a calm, structured environment where students feel safe to thrive
You’ll need:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND

A patient, flexible and nurturing approach

Strong communication and resilience in busy school settings
