What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to post-16 learners with diverse SEND needs

  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and life skills

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create meaningful learning experiences

  • Being a calm, consistent, and positive presence in the classroom

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting young people with SEND, ideally in a specialist setting, who brings positivity, empathy, and patience to everything they do. You’ll be someone who works brilliantly in a team, enjoys helping others succeed, and genuinely wants to support every young person to achieve their very best.
