Protocol Education is recruiting a passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) at a large SEN school within a well-established trust in Shropshire.

You will work alongside teachers in SEN classes to deliver tailored support, ensuring pupils with complex physical and learning needs can access education in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with PMLD in accessing learning and personal care
- Assist communication through specialist aids and strategies

Who we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (experienced unqualified candidates considered)
- Experience supporting pupils with PMLD or complex needs
- Reliable, caring, and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Ability to commute reliably to Shropshire
