Your role will include:

Supporting pupils aged 11–19 with a wide range of learning and communication needs

Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised education plans

Building trusted relationships that help students feel safe, seen, and supported

Using creative approaches—from sensory activities to life skills coaching-to engage learners
You should have:

Experience in a SEND or care setting (or a passion to learn)

A calm, patient, and positive approach

The ability to work as part of a team—and bring your whole self to work
