Protocol Education is recruiting a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD) in a large specialist school within a well-established trust in Shropshire.
Your role will involve assisting teachers in SEN classes to help pupils access learning, build independence, and thrive in an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pupils with Moderate Learning Disabilities in engaging with lessons and developing skills
- Support behaviour management and personalised learning plans
- Contribute to smooth daily operations in SEN settings
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and support networks
Who we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (experienced unqualified candidates considered)
- Experience supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Disabilities or similar needs
- Friendly, patient, adaptable, and reliable
- Ability to commute reliably to Shropshire
