We’re working with a brilliant specialist SEND school in Lewisham that’s looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team. You’ll work closely with pupils with autism and complex needs, helping them navigate their day with confidence and care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with personalised learning
- Helping children regulate emotions, build trust, and feel secure
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and the wider team
- Creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment every day
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or adults with SEND
- A calm, patient approach and the ability to think on your feet
- Someone who genuinely cares and is ready to make a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
