Your role will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs

  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to adapt lessons and routines

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive learning habits

  • Helping create a safe, structured environment where every child feels valued

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school-based or other settings)

  • A calm, patient, and positive approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
