It’s a school where creativity, care, and connection guide every lesson-and where support staff are absolutely central to the team.

Your role will include:
-
Providing 1:1 and small group support across EYFS and primary settings
-
Using communication tools such as PECS or Makaton (training provided if needed)
-
Assisting with sensory regulation, mobility support, or personal care where appropriate
-
Being a steady, trusted presence that pupils can rely on
You should bring:
-
Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly those with complex or medical needs
-
A calm, patient approach and a great sense of humour
-
The ability to work flexibly as part of a collaborative and nurturing team
Already Thrive-trained? Great. If not, we’ll cover the cost. It’s a brilliant way to build confidence in trauma-informed practice and show schools your commitment.
What you’ll get from us:
-
Weekly pay via PAYE
-
FREE CPD including Thrive and SEND essentials
-
Hands-on support from a consultant who knows your local schools
-
Long-term opportunities in schools that genuinely value support staff
