We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools. This role is all about providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and thrive in a safe, structured environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs in class and during activities

Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external specialists

Helping create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued

Using strategies like Thrive to support social and emotional development
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or otherwise)

A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills
-
Someone who’s reliable, caring, and ready to be the steady hand in the classroom
