You’ll be the steady presence supporting pupils with additional needs, whether you bring professional experience or personal insight into SEND, what matters is your proactive approach and your ability to build trust.
Your role will include:

Providing dedicated 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND

Working alongside teachers to create engaging, accessible learning

Using your initiative to spot when support is needed and step in

Supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour
