What you'll be doing
- Supporting the class teacher and working 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping pupils with SEND access learning and stay emotionally regulated
- Encouraging independence with gentle guidance and reassurance
- Supporting routines, transitions, and sensory needs
- Jumping into creative tasks, phonics sessions, and maybe even a bit of messy play
About you
- You’ve got a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
- SEND Experience
- You bring calm to a busy classroom and lead interventions with care
- You’re patient, empathetic, and always up for a team biscuit run
