What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the class teacher and working 1:1 or in small groups
  • Helping pupils with SEND access learning and stay emotionally regulated
  • Encouraging independence with gentle guidance and reassurance
  • Supporting routines, transitions, and sensory needs
  • Jumping into creative tasks, phonics sessions, and maybe even a bit of messy play

About you

  • You’ve got a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
  • SEND Experience
  • You bring calm to a busy classroom and lead interventions with care
  • You’re patient, empathetic, and always up for a team biscuit run
