What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the class teacher across lessons and routines
- Offering gentle, reassuring 1:1 and small group support
- Helping pupils with SEND stay regulated, engaged, and learning
- Pitching in for transitions, sensory breaks, and messy play
- Celebrating every little win (with a sticker or a dance break—your call)
About you
- You hold a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (or similar)
- You’ve worked with SEND pupils—maybe even in a similar setting
- You’re calm, caring, and quietly confident
- You believe in small steps, steady progress, and always having biscuits in the staffroom
