Creating a predictable, structured learning environment
What you’ll bring:
-
UK QTS or equivalent
-
Experience in an SEND or specialist setting (or strong SEND knowledge from mainstream)
-
Calm behaviour management and a flexible, trauma-informed approach
-
Creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
Why join this school?
You’ll work in a well-equipped setting with a team who genuinely care. Training and development are part of the deal, and your voice will be heard when it matters.
