Exciting Opportunity for a SEND Teacher – Starting September 2025 or January 2026

Protocol Education is partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school to find a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team. This role is open to experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to make a real difference in the lives of students.

About The Role:
As a SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEND.
  • Work closely with the SENDCo and support staff to ensure individual learning plans are effectively implemented.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives that promote inclusivity, equality, and student wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a strong interest in SEND.
  • A compassionate, patient approach, with a commitment to helping all students succeed.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff and families.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude, with a passion for inclusive education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
