We’re looking for confident, compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants in Rotherham to join our day-to-day supply team. You’ll be supporting children and young people across a range of specialist schools—including settings for autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
This is the perfect role if you thrive in different environments, enjoy hands-on support work, and want flexibility without losing impact.
What your day might involve:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Helping with communication, regulation and daily routines

Working with teams across PMLD, ASC, SLD, or SEMH settings

Being that calm, dependable presence pupils rely on
Who we’re looking for:

Experienced SEND support staff (or those with strong personal experience)

Confident in adapting and staying calm under pressure

Available at least 2–3 days per week

Happy to jump in and make a difference, wherever you're placed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
